You agree that you as buyer and we as seller are responsible for determining the amount of sales, use or other taxes that you may owe as a result of your Marketplace purchase. You also agree that as seller we are responsible to collect, to report and to remit any sales, use or other taxes as may be required under applicable law. You agree (a) that Rakuten.com has no responsibility to collect, report or remit sales, use or any other applicable taxes in connection with your purchase, and (b) to fully indemnify, defend and hold Rakuten.com harmless from any and all claims, demands, damages, awards, fines, costs, expenses and liability in any way associated with foregoing. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Rakuten.com currently automatically charges sales tax with respect to any marketplace products shipped to California.

What to do if Your Order has been Shipped or Delivered If your order has already shipped, then you can click the "Contact Seller" link (under the "Available Actions" header to the right of the order listing) to access a Web form you may use to contact us. What to do if Your Order is being Processed If your order has not shipped, then you can click on our name in messaging located under "Available Actions" to open up an email message with our email address already populated. If you do not see the "Contact Seller" link or if we have not responded after one business day, then please feel free to contact Rakuten.com Shopping at 1-800-800-0800.
If a Defect is reported within 5 business days of arrival at the buyers location we will pay return shipping and offer a replacement or a refund. After 5 days but prior to 30 days we will do a repair or replace only. Software loaded after we ship is not our responsibilty and is not covered in any way by this warranty. Viruses and accidental damage are also not covered. If our merchandise is shipped or sold to a third party after it arrives at the original buyers location the warranty is voided as we are not responsible for shipping and other damage that may occur that is not effected by us. We have incurred "real" expenses during the preperation packing and shipping of our merchandise to our buyers so we have the rite to charge a 15% re-stocking fee on any merchandise returned to us that is not defective. The buyer must also pay return shipping on these items.
